Hlayeleni Consulting Engineers (HCE) is an independent Engineering consulting company that have been established by Mr Nxumalo SM at the sundown of the year 2006 to fill the gap of young Professionals in Civil Engineering Discipline. HCE IS Black Economic Empowerment Company, which has ventured into the provision of civil engineering, project management and planning services.
Hlayeleni Consulting Engineers headed by Mr. Nxumalo SM (Pr. Tech. Eng.) recruited a team of experienced Professionals to expand the company into a multidisciplinary vehicle which provides an easy Planning, Project Management and Contract Management for capital projects
With our advanced technical and management service, HCE helps create sustainable projects with low maintenance and energy efficient. Our clients-cantered approaches are key to successful project delivery. We subscribe to Institute of Good Governance (IOD) and King III report for good corporate governance and good ethical values of doing business; we always try and do business which subscribe to good moral value and good value that will uplift the company
